Rehabilitation and combination of four business venues into one studio with foyer, large-scale office, and separate conference room on the ground floor of a fin-de-siecle building.

Non-loadbearing elements were removed.

Flooring and back wall of the large office space are made of cementitious particle board, furniture was largely designed by RAUMKUNST
