A former public and a therapeutic bath of the city of Vienna are combined to form a barrier-free senior citizen home. The individual rooms are oriented due North toward the green courtyard. The generous group space pierces the space along the North-South axis. Warm hues of ochre and magenta turn the living space into a comfortable place to socialize. Bedroom doors as well as the flooring are made of oak wood.
