Design and construction of a revitalized, barrier-free vacation home for senior citizens and people with special needs.
The former single-storey farm house from the 1960s was extended vertically with hotel rooms and weather-proof loggias in the new upper storeys. The ground floor was equipped with social spaces and a kitchen. Priority was given to a functional inclusion of the beautiful garden.

 
